Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method

I believe we are wired for connection, and that while wounding may happen in relationships, it is also where healing can take place. This belief guides the way I support couples in navigating conflict, deepening intimacy, and rebuilding trust.

My approach integrates the Gottman Method with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices influenced by Buddhist philosophy. I also bring in nervous system awareness, helping couples recognize how stress and emotions show up in the body and how to return to balance together.

I work with couples facing communication struggles, life transitions, betrayals and repair, and the desire for more connection and meaning. My style is relational and strengths-based. I aim to create a space where both partners feel understood, while bringing a balance of directness, compassion, and lighthearted humor when it helps couples reconnect.

My hope is to empower couples not only to repair what feels painful, but also to rediscover the joy and resilience within their relationship.
