Grayson:

I work best with people who want to understand their feelings, memories and pasts. I also have experience helping people of faith and those in deconstruction to better understand spiritual experiences. I also have experience helping people with treatment resistant issues (failed therapy or failed prescriptions) in mood, personality and trauma.

Savannah: I am passionate in working with individuals on their journey towards self improvement and healing. I have vast experience in mental health support related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, substance abuse and relationship issues. Through my experience working with addiction in a rehab facility and then becoming a couples therapist, I have developed a true passion in helping individuals navigate relationship troubles as I believe relationships are the building blocks to life. I work collaboratively with individuals by honing in on identified areas for growth and creating achievable goals together. I bring a compassionate and gentle directiveness in sessions with the goal of sessions being comforting and effective. I see much value in one-on-one support in adjusting to life changes and obstacles that sometimes feel too heavy to bear by oneself. My goal is to help individuals get unstuck and find healing to become the best version of themselves.
